Internal A-Coins Policy

1. Definitions

A-Coins are internal digital interaction units available within the Service solely for accessing interactive entertainment experiences. They are treated as digital content and have no function or value outside the Websites. A-Coins are not money or money's worth and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or converted into real-world value. They are provided for limited use within the Service, are non-transferable, and do not constitute stored value, electronic money or any regulated payment instrument.

Users are individuals who access the Websites and use the Service in accordance with the Terms of Service, including participation in interactive entertainment experiences and, where applicable, the selection of access packages through which A-Coins are allocated. Users are granted a limited, revocable right to use A-Coins within the Service and do not obtain any ownership or proprietary rights.

Websites means aetherquo.com and aetherfinos.com, each operated as a separate platform by OAKDYNE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16913553, with its registered office at 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, England, DN1 3LW. Each Website includes all interfaces, account environments and technical components required for the operation and use of A-Coins on that platform.

Company, "we", "us" or "our" refers to OAKDYNE LIMITED.

2. Purpose and Scope

This Policy sets out the rules governing the allocation, use and forfeiture of A-Coins within the Websites. A-Coins are provided solely for entertainment within a closed digital environment. Any payments made by Users relate only to access to digital content and do not represent payment for participation, staking or wagering.

This Policy applies only to A-Coins as internal digital interaction units and does not regulate access to the Websites, platform features or User conduct, which are governed by the Terms of Service. The use of A-Coins does not involve any element of chance leading to monetary gain or real-world value.

Nothing in this Policy permits or facilitates gambling, betting or any activity involving money or money's worth under the UK Gambling Act 2005. No outcomes within the Service carry monetary value or can be exchanged for money or money's worth.

3. Nature and Status of A-Coins

A-Coins are internal digital interaction units that are treated as digital content and are made available solely for use on the Websites. They are used solely to enable interaction with entertainment experiences and platform features and have no function or value outside the Websites.

A-Coins are not money, electronic money, prepaid value or any other type of monetary instrument. They do not entitle the holder to any money, payouts or real-world economic value. A-Coins operate within a closed-loop system and cannot be used outside the Service or with third parties.

A-Coins do not constitute prizes or rewards of value, regardless of how they are obtained or used. Holding or accumulating A-Coins does not create any expectation of profit, return or increase in value, and does not create any monetary claim against the Company or any entitlement to payment, compensation or other economic benefit.

References to A-Coins as "coins", "units" or similar terms are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply ownership, monetary value or redeemability. Such terms must not be interpreted as indicating any financial or asset-like nature.

4. Platform-Specific Allocation

The name A-Coins is used on both Websites. A-Coins are nevertheless specific to the Website on which they were allocated and form part of the closed system of that Website only.

A-Coins allocated on aetherquo.com may be used only on aetherquo.com. A-Coins allocated on aetherfinos.com may be used only on aetherfinos.com. They cannot be moved, merged, mirrored, transferred or converted between the Websites, or to any other platform, website or application, including any other service operated by the Company.

Accounts are created separately on each Website. Registering on one Website does not create, extend or duplicate an Account on the other, and A-Coins allocated on one Website give no entitlement, credit or claim on the other.

The use of a shared name across the Websites is descriptive only. It does not create a common balance, a shared account system, a network of convertible units or any mechanism through which A-Coins could acquire value outside the Website on which they were allocated.

5. Allocation and User Rights

Users may obtain A-Coins by selecting an access package on the relevant Website or through platform mechanisms made available within the Service. Payments are treated as payment for access to digital content with immediate performance. By completing a payment, the User agrees that delivery occurs without delay.

The number of A-Coins included in each access package is displayed before payment. A-Coins are normally allocated to the Account after successful payment confirmation.

Upon allocation, the User receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use A-Coins solely within the relevant Website, in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service and the Fair Play Policy. No ownership or proprietary rights are transferred.

A-Coins are intended for personal entertainment use only. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of A-Coins complies with these policies and with applicable law. Misuse or use outside the intended purpose may result in restrictions being placed on, or suspension or termination of, access to the Service.

6. Use Restrictions and User Obligations

A-Coins may be used only within the Website on which they were allocated, and only for the features and activities provided by that platform. They are non-transferable and must not be sold, assigned, gifted, exchanged or made available to any third party. They must not be used outside the Websites or with external services.

Users must not attempt to redeem, convert or obtain any monetary or real-world value from A-Coins. Any attempt to bypass technical controls, platform mechanics or contractual limits is prohibited.

The Service does not support peer-to-peer transfers, external wallets, secondary markets, exchanges or any other mechanism through which A-Coins could acquire external or real-world value. Any attempt to create or use such a mechanism is a breach of this Policy.

If the Company identifies any misuse of A-Coins, including any breach of this Policy, the Terms of Service or the Fair Play Policy, or any interference with the operation of a Website, it may restrict, suspend or terminate the User's Account. In such cases, any remaining A-Coins will be forfeited without compensation.

7. Validity and Loss of A-Coins

A-Coins allocated to an Account are not subject to a fixed validity period and do not expire automatically through the passage of time.

A-Coins may nevertheless be adjusted, reset, cancelled or removed where an Account is restricted, suspended or terminated in accordance with the Terms of Service or the Fair Play Policy, or where required to correct technical errors, address misuse or comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

In such cases, Users are not entitled to reinstatement, replacement or compensation for removed or forfeited A-Coins.

A-Coins remain available only for as long as the relevant Website and the associated Account remain operational, subject to section 9 of this Policy.

8. Payments, Refunds and Payment Disputes

Payment for an access package represents payment for access to digital entertainment content and platform functionality only. It does not constitute a deposit, stored value, payment service or financial product.

A-Coins cannot be redeemed, converted or exchanged for money, monetary equivalents or any form of real-world value. By completing a payment, the User acknowledges that digital content is supplied immediately upon allocation.

Refund requests and payment disputes are reviewed individually in accordance with the Terms of Service, applicable legal requirements and the procedures of the relevant payment provider. When assessing a request, the Company takes into account the nature of the issue, the transaction history of the Account, whether the allocated A-Coins have already been used, and whether the request arises from a genuine technical or billing error.

If A-Coins are not allocated following a successful payment, the User should contact support@aetherquo.com or support@aetherfinos.com, depending on the Website concerned, and provide the relevant transaction reference.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory statutory rights available to Users under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

9. Availability and Changes to this Policy

The Company may at any time change, restrict, suspend or discontinue the availability, amount or conditions of use of A-Coins, or the availability of individual experiences and platform features. Such changes may apply to all Users or to specific Accounts.

Where a change materially affects A-Coins already allocated to an Account, the Company will act reasonably and, where required by law, will provide appropriate notice.

The Company may update this Policy to reflect changes to the Service, to applicable law or to operational practice. The updated version will be published on the Websites and will take effect from the date of publication.

Continued use of the Service after the updated Policy is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
