1. Scope

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OAKDYNE LIMITED (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the websites aetherquo.com and aetherfinos.com, including all features and functionality available through them. The Websites are operated by OAKDYNE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16913553, with its registered office at 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, England, DN1 3LW.

The Service is provided as a digital entertainment platform on which users access interactive experiences using A-Coins. These experiences are intended for leisure purposes only and do not constitute gambling. The Service does not involve betting, wagering or real-money participation, and does not provide winnings, withdrawals, payouts or any value outside the Websites.

By accessing a Website, creating an Account or using the Service, you confirm that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Websites and the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of both Websites. Each Website is operated as a separate platform with its own Accounts and its own A-Coins allocations, as described in section 7. Additional policies and documents published on the Websites, including the Privacy Policy, the Fair Play Policy and the Internal A-Coins Policy, are incorporated by reference and form part of these Terms. Continued use of a Website after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account means a personal user profile created to access the Service on a specific Website. Accounts are individual, non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

Closed Loop means a system in which A-Coins are used solely within the Website on which they were allocated and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, redeemed or used outside that Website for any form of value.

Experiences means the interactive digital entertainment features and activities made available within the Service for entertainment purposes only.

A-Coins means internal digital interaction units allocated within the Service and used only to access its features. A-Coins are not money or electronic money, have no monetary or economic value, do not represent property or a financial instrument, and cannot be exchanged or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services or any real-world value.

Package means an access package through which A-Coins are allocated to an Account as digital content, without any right to redemption or financial return.

Service means the digital entertainment platform provided through the Websites and all features made available through them.

Websites means aetherquo.com and aetherfinos.com, each operated as a separate platform by the Company.

User or "you" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service under these Terms.

3. Nature of the Service and Entertainment Purpose

The Service is provided as a digital entertainment product offering interactive experiences for leisure use only. It does not constitute gambling and is not intended to replicate or enable real-money gambling activity.

All Experiences are accessed exclusively through A-Coins, which operate within a closed-loop system and may be used only within the Website on which they were allocated. A-Coins are internal digital interaction units that do not represent money or electronic money and have no financial or economic value. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services or any form of real-world value.

The Service does not involve betting, wagering or the use of real funds within Experiences. Users do not face financial risk, and no winnings, prizes or rewards of monetary value are offered.

Any outcomes generated within an Experience exist solely inside the Service and do not create any rights to payments, compensation, goods, services, discounts or other forms of value outside it.

The Service is designed and operated exclusively for entertainment. Users agree not to use it as a source of income or as a means to obtain financial or economic benefit.

4. Eligibility to Use the Service

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use online services of this type under the laws applicable to you.

The Service is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not use it for any business, commercial, professional or revenue-generating purpose, directly or indirectly.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your country of residence. The Company does not guarantee that the Service is available, suitable or lawful in all jurisdictions and reserves the right to restrict, suspend or refuse access where such use would be unlawful or contrary to applicable laws, regulations, sanctions or payment provider requirements.

The Company may restrict, suspend or deny access to the Service if it believes, acting reasonably, that a User does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.

5. Age Restriction (18+)

The Service is intended for adults only and is available exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

By accessing the Service, creating an Account or selecting an access package, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18). The Company does not knowingly allow minors to access or use the Service.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a User does not meet the age requirement or provides false or misleading information, the Company may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Service.

Any Account identified as belonging to a person under eighteen may be closed without notice, and any associated A-Coins or access rights may be forfeited without compensation.

6. Account Registration and Personal Use

Certain features of the Service require registration of an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and keep it current at all times.

Accounts are created separately on each Website. An Account created on aetherquo.com does not grant access to aetherfinos.com, and an Account created on aetherfinos.com does not grant access to aetherquo.com. Registering on one Website does not create, extend or duplicate an Account on the other.

You are responsible for securing your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account. Any actions taken under your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless proven otherwise.

Each User is allowed to maintain only one Account per Website. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, assign, share or allow any third party to access your Account.

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use it for any commercial purpose, including resale, promotion or activities intended to generate revenue or derive value outside the Service. This includes attempts to sell, transfer, exchange or monetise A-Coins, Accounts or access to the Service, directly or indirectly.

You must inform the Company promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with these obligations.

Access to the Service is strictly prohibited for individuals under eighteen (18). Any use of the Service by a minor breaches these Terms.

7. A-Coins and Platform-Specific Balances

The Service uses A-Coins, which are internal digital interaction units within the platform, solely for accessing Experiences and related in-platform features. A-Coins operate within a closed-loop system and have no value or use outside the Service.

A-Coins are not money, electronic money or property and do not confer ownership rights. They cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred or withdrawn for cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts or any other form of value.

A-Coins are used only to access Experiences and platform features. They do not generate winnings, rewards or any valuable outcomes. Any use or adjustment of A-Coins is confined to the internal functioning of the Service and has no value beyond it.

The name A-Coins is used on both Websites. A-Coins are nevertheless specific to the Website on which they were allocated. A-Coins allocated on aetherquo.com may be used only on aetherquo.com, and A-Coins allocated on aetherfinos.com may be used only on aetherfinos.com. They cannot be moved, merged, mirrored, transferred or converted between the Websites or to any other platform, website or application, including any other service operated by the Company. The use of a shared name is descriptive only and does not create a common balance, a shared account system or a network of convertible units.

When offered, A-Coins are allocated to an Account as part of a selected access package, which constitutes digital content. Such allocation grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the A-Coins solely within the relevant Website and in line with these Terms.

A-Coins may only be used within the Account to which they were allocated. They cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or made available to third parties. Secondary markets, account sales and any attempt to monetise A-Coins or Accounts are strictly prohibited.

The Company reserves the right to adjust, reset, suspend or remove A-Coins from an Account due to technical errors, misuse, violations of these Terms or compliance requirements. A-Coins have no value outside the Service and will be forfeited upon account suspension or termination without compensation.

The allocation or availability of A-Coins in an Account does not represent stored funds, deposits or a financial balance and does not create any monetary claim against the Company or any entitlement to payment, compensation, financial return or other economic benefit.

8. Payments

The Service provides the option to select access packages through which A-Coins are allocated for use exclusively within the relevant Website. Payments are accepted solely as payment for access to digital entertainment content and platform functionality within the Service's closed-loop system. No payment constitutes a deposit, wager, stake or bet, and no payment grants any right to money, value or real-world goods.

When a User completes a payment, the User obtains a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the allocated A-Coins only within the relevant Website, in accordance with these Terms. Payment does not transfer ownership of A-Coins and does not entitle the User to withdraw, redeem, exchange or convert A-Coins into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts or any other tangible benefit.

The number of A-Coins included in each access package is displayed before payment. A-Coins are normally allocated to the Account after successful payment confirmation, at which point the digital content is deemed provided and available for use within the Service.

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers that are regulated within their respective jurisdictions. Such regulation applies only to the payment services provided and does not extend to or govern the Service itself, which is an entertainment product not involving gambling, betting or financial services.

The Company does not store or process full payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by the payment providers in accordance with their own security, regulatory and legal obligations.

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend or cancel any payment to prevent fraud or misuse, to manage chargeback risk, or to comply with applicable laws, payment provider rules, sanctions or internal policies.

Prices, package availability and payment conditions may change. Any applicable taxes or transaction fees required by law may be included in the price or shown separately at the time of payment.

9. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Payments made through the Service are payments for access to digital entertainment content, specifically for access packages through which A-Coins are allocated for use within the relevant Website.

Refund requests and payment disputes are reviewed individually in accordance with these Terms, applicable legal requirements and the procedures of the relevant payment provider.

When assessing a request, the Company takes into account the nature of the issue, the transaction history of the Account, whether the allocated A-Coins have already been used, and whether the request arises from a genuine technical or billing error. Requests arising from technical errors, duplicate transactions or a failure to allocate A-Coins are given particular consideration.

Refunds are not normally provided where the allocated A-Coins have been used, or where the request relates to misuse of the Service, dissatisfaction with the outcome of an Experience, or an attempt to circumvent these Terms.

Requests relating to billing issues, disputed transactions or refunds should be sent to support@aetherquo.com or support@aetherfinos.com, depending on the Website concerned, together with sufficient information to identify the transaction. The Company will review such requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

10. Responsible Use

The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and is not a form of gambling or a means of earning money. The Company is committed to operating the Service in a socially responsible manner.

The Service is not designed to encourage excessive or repeated use, and access packages are entirely optional and provided only to access Experiences and platform features.

Users have full control over their use of the Service. You may stop using the Service, refrain from selecting access packages or request closure of your Account at any time.

Access is limited to individuals aged eighteen (18) or older. The Company does not knowingly allow minors to use the Service and takes reasonable steps to prevent underage access.

If you feel that your use of the Service is no longer enjoyable or is causing you concern, you are encouraged to take a break or discontinue use and, where appropriate, seek independent support or advice.

The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action where usage patterns suggest misuse or behaviour inconsistent with the entertainment-only purpose of the Service.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Any use that deviates from its intended purpose is prohibited.

You must not attempt to derive real-world value from the Service, including by withdrawing, redeeming, exchanging or converting A-Coins into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, discounts or any other form of value.

You must not share, transfer, sell or grant access to your Account or A-Coins to others. Account trading, secondary markets and the transfer of units or balances between users or between the Websites are not permitted.

Automated tools, bots or scripts used to access or interact with the Service are prohibited. You must not exploit errors, interfere with the operation of the Service or disrupt its normal functioning.

The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. It must not be presented as a means to earn money or obtain value.

You must not attempt to bypass security measures, access controls or technical limits, nor engage in conduct that could create legal, regulatory, financial or reputational risk for the Company.

The Company may review any activity that breaches these rules and take action, including restricting access, suspending or closing Accounts and removing A-Coins without compensation.

12. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

The Company may restrict, suspend or terminate an Account, in whole or in part, if it reasonably believes that the User has breached these Terms, misused the Service or engaged in prohibited or unlawful activity.

The Company may also take such action where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, payment provider rules, sanctions or internal risk and compliance policies.

Users may request closure of an Account at any time by contacting the Company. Upon restriction, suspension or termination of an Account for any reason, access to the Service will be revoked and any remaining A-Coins, as internal digital interaction units, will be forfeited without compensation.

Restriction, suspension or termination of an Account does not entitle the User to a refund, reimbursement or compensation, except where required by applicable law.

The Company is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from action taken under this section.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the Websites, software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks and related content, are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise use any part of the Service without the Company's prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

These Terms do not grant you ownership or proprietary rights in the Service, in A-Coins or in any other intellectual property owned by the Company or its licensors.

14. Availability of the Service and Disclaimers

The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and is accessible through the Websites, subject to technical, operational and compliance conditions.

The Company does not guarantee that the Service or any part of it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, security measures, technical issues or circumstances beyond the Company's control.

The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the functionality of the Service, the availability of specific Experiences or the outcomes generated within them. All activity, progress and A-Coins allocations are internal to the Service and do not entitle Users to any value or expectation outside it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without guarantees, representations or warranties as to its availability, continuity, functionality or suitability for any particular purpose, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or economic loss arising from your use of the Service. This includes loss of data, loss of internal progress, loss of A-Coins, loss of access to the Service or dissatisfaction with outcomes generated within the Service.

The Company is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors, service interruptions, maintenance, third-party provider failures, unauthorised access to Accounts where login details were not properly secured, or use of the Service in breach of these Terms.

The Company is not liable for decisions made by Users on the basis of their use of the Service. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial, professional or other advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

16. Changes to the Service and the Terms

The Company may change, update, suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, for operational, technical, legal or compliance reasons.

The Company may also update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or to applicable law. Any updated version will be published on the Websites and will take effect from the date of publication, unless a different date is specified.

By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms are published, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

Where required by law, the Company will notify Users of material changes by publishing the updated Terms and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice within the Service or through the contact details linked to the User's Account.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter and any dispute arising from or in connection with them, including non-contractual obligations, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim or matter relating to these Terms or to your use of the Service. Before pursuing formal legal action, you are encouraged to contact the Company directly at support@aetherquo.com or support@aetherfinos.com so that the matter can be addressed. The Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns promptly.

This section does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
