Aetherquo (aetherquo.com) is operated by OAKDYNE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16913553, with its registered office at 22-28 Wood Street, Doncaster, England, DN1 3LW.

Aetherquo is a digital entertainment platform. It is not a gambling service and does not offer real-money wagering or withdrawals. A-Coins are internal digital interaction units used solely to access in-app entertainment features. A-Coins are not e-money, not cryptocurrency, and are not redeemable for cash, prizes, or any real-world value.

Aetherquo is for adults only. Access is limited to people aged eighteen (18) or older, and we may ask for proof of age at any time.

If you select an access package, you are paying for access to entertainment features and digital content, and A-Coins are allocated to your account.

Refund requests and payment disputes are reviewed one by one. We look at what went wrong, the transaction history of the account, whether the A-Coins have already been used, and whether it was a genuine technical or billing error. Duplicate charges, technical faults and A-Coins that never arrived get particular attention. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Write to support@aetherquo.com to raise a request.

Internal A-Coins

A-Coins open games and features inside Aetherquo, and that is all they do. They hold no monetary value away from the platform.

A-Coins can only be used on the website where they were allocated. They cannot be moved or converted to any other site OAKDYNE LIMITED operates.

You cannot withdraw A-Coins, sell them, transfer them to other users, or exchange them for cash, prizes, or any external value. Any attempt to do so is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
