Question 1

What is Aetherquo?

Accepted Answer

Aetherquo is a digital entertainment platform. It offers a catalogue of interactive experiences, and you reach them with A-Coins rather than with money.

Question 2

Is this a gambling or betting service?

Accepted Answer

No. Aetherquo does not offer real-money gambling, betting, or wagering. You do not place bets, you take no financial risk, and there is no money or prize of monetary value to be won.

Question 3

What are A-Coins?

Accepted Answer

A-Coins are internal digital interaction units used only within Aetherquo to access experiences and platform features. They are not money or electronic money and have no value outside the platform.

Question 4

Can I withdraw money or convert A-Coins into cash?

Accepted Answer

No. A-Coins cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, or converted into cash, cryptocurrency, goods, services, or any other real-world value.

Question 5

What exactly do I pay for?

Accepted Answer

You select an access package, and A-Coins are allocated to your Account. You are paying for access to digital entertainment content and platform functionality. It is not a deposit, a stake or a bet.

Question 6

Are there any prizes, winnings, or cash equivalents?

Accepted Answer

No. Outcomes exist only inside the platform. Aetherquo does not offer cash prizes, cash equivalents, or rewards that can be redeemed for anything outside aetherquo.com.

Question 7

How are refunds and disputes handled?

Accepted Answer

Refund requests and payment disputes are reviewed individually. We look at the nature of the issue, the transaction history on the Account, whether the allocated A-Coins have already been used, and whether a genuine technical or billing error is involved. Technical errors, duplicate transactions, and failed allocations are given particular consideration. Write to support@aetherquo.com with enough detail to identify the transaction. Your mandatory statutory rights under consumer law are not affected.

Question 8

Do I need to verify my identity to use the platform?

Accepted Answer

Basic access does not require verification. We may ask for proof of age at any time, and for additional checks if there is suspicious activity or a payment issue.

Question 9

What payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by card through third-party payment providers that are regulated in their own jurisdictions. Aetherquo never stores your full card details. Availability may vary by region.

Question 10

Why was my payment declined?

Accepted Answer

Payments may be declined due to bank restrictions, failed authentication, insufficient funds, or risk controls applied by the payment provider. A payment may also be rejected or cancelled to prevent fraud or misuse, or to comply with applicable rules.

Question 11

When are A-Coins allocated to my account?

Accepted Answer

Normally within a few minutes of the payment being confirmed. If nothing appears on your balance, email support@aetherquo.com and quote the transaction reference so we can trace it.

Question 12

Can my account be suspended?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for breaches of the Terms, misuse of the platform, or risk and compliance concerns. Any remaining A-Coins are forfeited without compensation.

Question 13

Is there a minimum or maximum payment amount?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each transaction is between EUR 5 and EUR 170. Within those limits you can select a predefined access package or a custom amount.

Question 14

Can I transfer A-Coins to another user?

Accepted Answer

No. A-Coins are non-transferable and can only be used within your own account. They are also specific to the website they were allocated on and cannot be moved to any other platform the Company operates.

Question 15

What happens if I lose access to my account?

Accepted Answer

Email support@aetherquo.com. Once we have verified that the account is yours, we can restore access.

Question 16

Are there any geographic restrictions?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We do not guarantee that the platform is available, suitable or lawful everywhere, and access may be restricted, suspended or refused where use would be unlawful or contrary to applicable laws, regulations, sanctions or payment provider requirements. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the platform is lawful in your country of residence.

Question 17

How does the platform ensure fair use?

Accepted Answer

Outcomes are determined by software-based randomisation or predefined system logic, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Technical controls are in place so that experiences work as described and no user gains an unfair advantage. Attempts to manipulate or bypass system restrictions may result in account limitations or suspension.
